Terms of service.
By hiring Ayon Lawn Care for any lawn care services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time with reasonable notice.
1. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A 10-day grace period is granted for all late payments. If payment is not received within 10 days after the due date, a late fee of $10 will be applied. Additional fees may accrue for continued non-payment.
2. Service Schedule
Lawn care services are typically scheduled on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or as agreed).
We strive to maintain a consistent schedule; however, delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will notify clients as soon as possible in these situations.
3. Access to Property
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that gates are unlocked on the scheduled service day.
If a gate is locked, we will make one attempt to contact the homeowner. If we cannot reach you, we will proceed with the accessible areas and will not return until the next scheduled visit. No refunds or discounts will be provided for missed sections due to locked gates.
4. Pet Safety
For the safety of our crew and your pets, please ensure all pets are secured indoors or in a separate, secured area during service times.
Ayon Lawn Care is not responsible for pets that escape during our visit due to unsecured gates or enclosures.
5. Property Damage
We take great care to avoid damage while on your property. In the rare case that damage occurs due to our equipment or crew, please notify us within 48 hours. We will inspect the issue and, if deemed our responsibility, arrange for repair or compensation.
Ayon Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to items left in the yard, including toys, hoses, decorations, or furniture.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule service with at least 24 hours notice.
Frequent cancellations or rescheduling may result in service termination.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to deliver professional and quality work. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the visit so we can make it right.
8. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed due to inclement weather. We will reschedule as soon as conditions allow and notify you of the new date.
